Nick just charged me for the call and his time. He didn't bother to charge me for the spring. Not only that, he also inspected the exit door lock to make sure it was working OK as well. Service above and beyond, honest and kind. Couldn't have ask for any other experience. - Frederic D. Albuquerque NM
Shortly after locking myself out of my Albuquerque NM residence near Atrisco Dr, Nick arrived promptly (more or less half an hour) and opened the door fastly. The quote on the phone was the price I paid and he even charged me with Google Pay giving me confidence using a card. Thank you Albuquerque Locks !! (Mark T. NM Albuquerque)
Arron just came by to repair the hatch door lock in my 1999 Lancia Lybra SW and I have to confirm he was not only very friendly and amiable, but also did a quick and professional work. Well done !!!! @ Rivas K. Albuquerque New Mexico
I've called Albuquerque Locks multiple times since we moved to Albuquerque and am very happy with the service. On each time Arron was able to come within no more than 35 minutes and to fix the situation promptly. He was helpful and seemed seem modest. (Morton M., Constitution Ave Albuquerque )
My back lock got broken as my cousin was locking it, and I was afraid calling a locksmith on the weekend (I have a whole locksmith-plumber, 'I will charge you anything because you really me' apprehension). Albuquerque Locks phoned me back quickly, provided to me a nearly immediate estimate, Gus came over exactly when he said he would, and was a gracious and entertaining talker while I stayed there watching him fix the door lock. He didn't only repaired it but spelled out to me what was wrong with it and made an effort to show me how keys are made, which was pretty cool, and hopefully the duplicated keys he rekeyed for me won't stick, which is part of what messed up the lock originally. I don't really know pricing for this kind of work, but anything below $90 (it was $70 for the visit, repair, and two additional keys) was way below than I was dreading. And he take credit cards (Hunter Y. Albuquerque )
